By accessing or using Better Flow Ai, LLC’s field service management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Description of Service

Better Flow Ai, LLC provides a comprehensive field service management platform that includes:

  • Job scheduling and assignment management
  • Employee time tracking and GPS location services
  • Quality management and checklist systems
  • Client communication and reporting tools
  • Invoicing and payment processing
  • Performance analytics and education modules
  • Mobile workforce management

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

User Roles

The platform supports different user roles (Owner, Manager, Employee, Client) with varying access levels. You are responsible for properly managing user permissions within your organization.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the platform
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the service
  • Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights

Content and Intellectual Property

Better Flow Ai, LLC Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the platform (including software, designs, text, graphics, logos) are owned by Better Flow Ai, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload (photos, documents, reports). By uploading content, you grant Better Flow Ai, LLC a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You warrant that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the platform may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

  • Collection of GPS location data for employees during work hours
  • Storage of job photos, documents, and completion records
  • Processing of time tracking and payroll information
  • Sharing of job reports with clients as part of service delivery

You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary permissions from employees and complying with applicable labor and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Service Availability and Modifications

Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service without notice or liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or secure
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for data loss; you are responsible for maintaining backups
  • We are not liable for damages arising from third-party services or integrations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Flow Ai, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you upload or share through the service

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • Your use poses a security or legal risk
  • We are required to do so by law

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to termination.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, Google Calendar). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Better Flow Ai, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Better Flow Ai, LLC
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
