Built at night, with a cleaning company

CleanFlow Ops is made by BetterFlow AI, a New York software company, together with a commercial cleaning company whose crews run on it every night. The problems it solves are the ones that came up at 10 PM.

How it came about

We didn't start from a feature list. We started from a cleaning company's actual nights: a crew of a dozen people across dozens of buildings, a client calling about a floor that was cleaned, a payroll that never matched the quote, and a worker who clocked out from the van. Each of those became a piece of the app, and each piece was used by real crews before it was called finished.

That is still how it works. New things are built with the companies using it, shipped when they hold up in the field, and taken out if they don't.

What we hold to

Proof over trust. A clock-in at the building and a photo with a time on it settle more arguments than any contract clause.

The worker's phone, in the worker's language. Every screen a cleaner touches is in English and Spanish, works without signal, and never asks them to resolve a problem the software should resolve.

The office looks before the client does. Nothing reaches a client until a manager has approved it, and a client never reads a worker's notes.

Straight answers. If something isn't built yet, we say so. If a number can't be stood behind, it isn't on this site.

Who you deal with

The people on the demo call are the people who build the product. There is no separate sales team to pass you through, and the person who set up your account is the one you message when something is off.

BetterFlow AI also builds custom software for other businesses; that work is atbetterflow.ai. CleanFlow Ops is its own product, with its own roadmap, and this site is where it lives.
